TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PROPOSAL SERVICES:

All event contract cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations of these arrangements will incur the penalties stated.

At the time of purchase, a flat rate payment of $499 is due for proposal ideas (deliverables). Eligible refunds will only be processed before the questionnaire is submitted and before custom proposal ideas are started and/or sent by Marry Me Proposals (delivered). Please note for Package 2 bookings, failure to confirm your proposal date with Marry Me Proposals availability does not qualify for a refund.

If a client chooses to upgrade to our event planning services, in the event of a cancellation after the contract is signed, a non-refundable 50 percent payment will apply according to the amount stated in the contract for the hours/services rendered. Seven business days prior to your event a non-refundable, full payment is due. However, should cancellation occur within 3 weeks or less of the event date, full payment will be required.

Although the custom ideas are for and created around the client, the client agrees not to take the custom proposal ideas to another event planner or competitor to have executed. The documents and ideas provided are the intellectual property of Marry Me Proposals and confidential.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS BUILD YOUR OWN PROPOSAL PACKAGES: 

a) Fees: The Base Package price covers the Marry Me Proposals planning fee, proposal timeline, and the Classic Package Experience in that select city. Any additonal Add Ons/Vendors will be invoiced seperately.

Reservation deposit of $100 is due upon booking. This secures your reservation until we can confirm your desired proposal date within 2 Business Days.  In the event, Marry Me Proposals is booked for your proposal date, the $100 deposit will be refunded. The Base Package Fee is due in full upon confirming proposal date availability to reserve your Build Your Own Proposal Package and before services are rendered. Any Add Ons/Upgrades will be subject to additional fees and taxes and will be approved by Client before Marry Me Proposals book that selected Vendor or Add On.

Although this has not happened, in the case that your significant other says no, all payments to vendors and Marry Me Proposals will be non-refundable. All fees are non-refundable due to a Client’s decision to change event date and rescheduling fees per Client and the Marry Me Proposals contract will apply.

b) Vendor Compliance: You are responsible for compliance with each vendor contract and its individual policies as stated by the vendor, including air, ground and hotel policies. All vendor contracts will be paid in full prior to the proposal date. Further, while Marry Me Proposals Events takes great pride in personally selecting highly reviewed vendors and referring them to you, we shall not assume liability nor shall we be held responsible for vendor costs, vendor errors, your dissatisfaction in their performance and/or product or a vendor’s breach of its contractual obligations to you. We strongly recommend that you review each vendor contract carefully.

c) Cooperation and Communication: Due to the virtual nature of the relationship, the Client understands the importance of communication, especially via e-mail, and agree to respond to questions, requests and communications from Marry Me Proposals in a timely manner. Any vendors that are not able to be booked due to lack of communication on Client’s end is of no fault to Marry Me Proposals, and service fee will still be owed due to communication and planning time committed to that vendor. The Client understands that Marry Me Proposals is a business with other clients to serve, and require fair, realistic notice in order to attend to requests and projects. Poor planning or miscommunication on the part of the Client will not constitute an emergency for Marry Me Proposals. The Client understands that the Wedding Planner may require detailed clarification of events/projects in order to meet expectations and provide the best support and highest quality work.

d) Services: Marry Me Proposals will book the venue and photographer for your marriage proposal from our preferred list of vendors and will arrange for all parties to know the time of which the proposal will be taking place. Once contracts have been signed for both Photographer and Venue, Marry Me Proposals will pass along any contact information to Client. From there, Marry Me Proposals will not be responsible for the decoration of the venue, weather plans, time changes, etc. If there’s a need to discuss any logistics, Client must communicate directly with Vendors (photographer and venue) to make these changes.

e) Liability: Should an event occur beyond the control of Marry Me Proposals, such as an act of God, disaster (fire, flood, and earthquake), civil unrest, employment dispute, or any other emergency making it inadvisable or impossible to hold the event, then Marry Me Proposals shall not be liable for costs or expenses incurred by you, any vendor or any third party.

f) Intellectual Property: Client grants Marry Me Proposals a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, including commercial use, or modify any Work Products. You agree that We have the right to publicly display the Work Products, including for marketing purposes such as a portfolio. Client agrees to not recreate, redistribute or use any documents, materials, photos or video for individual business purposes (ie. Using materials to create a competitive proposal planning service).

If your event story, photos and/or video is published on any news medium (including but not limited to television, internet, magazine, radio, etc.) client agrees to provide reasonable effort for media to include appropriate vendor credit to Marry Me Proposals, photographers, and venue (ie: company name and website link).

g) Cancellations and Refunds: Once vendors (Photographer and Venue) are booked, Marry Me Proposals will not be able to accept cancellations. Cancellations that take place within 24 hours of the package being booked (if vendors are not already booked) qualify for a 50% refund. All cancellations must be made in writing within 24 hours of the package being booked. We recommend you work with the venue and photographer directly if you need to reschedule.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ALL EVENT SERVICES:

a) Marry Me Proposal fees does not include any vendor fees and reflects only the total for coordination and supervision services provided by Marry Me Proposals. All supplies, products, and services provided by any vendor are invoiced separately.

b) You are responsible for compliance with each vendor contract and its individual policies as stated by the vendor, including air, ground and hotel policies. Further, while Marry Me Proposals takes great pride in personally selecting our preferred vendors and referring them to you, we shall not assume liability nor shall we be held responsible for vendor costs, vendor errors, your dissatisfaction in their performance and/or product or a vendor’s breach of its contractual obligations to you. We strongly recommend that you review each vendor contract carefully.

c) Marry Me Proposals reserves the right to utilize photos and video footage of your event to add to its event portfolio and share it with future clients. The client agrees to the use by Marry Me Proposals of such photos and video footage. Furthermore, if your event is shared on other websites, media, television, etc. the client agrees to credit Marry Me Proposals and vendors for their appropriate fields.

d) Although this has NEVER happened, in the case that your partner says “no”, all payments to vendors and Marry Me Proposals will be non-refundable.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS MARRIAGE PROPOSAL VENUE AND PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGES: 

a) Fees: The Venue and Photography Package is a one-time payment (price as stated under specific package), covering the costs of Marry Me Proposals planning fees, the venue (hourly rental may vary per venue) and the photographer (coverage depending on the package selected).

Payment is due in full to reserve your Venue and Photography Package and before services are rendered. Although this has not happened, in the case that your significant other says no, all payments to vendors and Marry Me Proposals will be non-refundable.

d) Services: Marry Me Proposals will book the venue and photographer for your marriage proposal from our exclusive list of partners and will arrange for all parties to know the time of which the proposal will be taking place. Once contracts have been signed for both Photographer and Venue, Marry Me Proposals will pass along any contact information to Client. From there, Marry Me Proposals will not be responsible for the decoration of the venue, weather plans, time changes, etc. If there’s a need to discuss any logistics, Client must communicate directly with Vendors (photographer and venue) to make these changes.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS

a) The purchase of downloadable products is for use by the purchaser only and registration information should not be forwarded on to third parties; doing so may hinder your own access. The client agrees to not recreate, redistribute or use any documents, materials, photos or video for individual business purposes (ie. Using materials to create a competitive proposal planning service). Similarly, the materials are for use by the purchaser only and should not be forwarded on to third parties. Responsibility for the confidentiality and event materials issued by Marry Me Proposals lies with the registrant. If you believe that a third party has obtained details in an unauthorized manner, please promptly notify Marry Me Proposals.

b) Return policy: There are no returns or refunds downloadable or instant content. All sales are finalized.

c) Privacy: We will not share your information.

d) Cancellation policy: If you’d like to cancel a service that you’ve ordered, please email us within an hour of placing your order with the subject line “Service Annulled Please”. Email all requests to concierge@marrymeproposals.com Any instant or downloadable content cannot be cancelled or refunded.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DATE NIGHTS:

b) At the time of purchase, a flat rate of $60 is due for custom date night ideas (deliverables). Refunds will only be provided before the date night profile is submitted and custom date night ideas are sent (delivered).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ROOM DECORATING PACKAGES:

a) Packages must be booked at least 7 days prior to check-in date at the hotel or otherwise booked and confirmed directly with a Marry Me Proposals Concierge Member.  Enhancements not available for customers booking the package within 7 days of check-in.

b) In the event of a cancellation after the package is booked, a non-refundable 50 percent payment will apply and the customer must provide cancellation confirmation in writing. If cancellations take place within seven business days or less to your check-in date, the non-refundable, full payment is due. If a customer has to postpone or move the check-in date, Marry Me Proposals will work with the client to reschedule if the new date is available with Hotel and Marry Me Proposals.

c) Any personalized decor costs and shipping of those items will be incurred by the client (if materials have already been purchased).

d)  Marry Me Proposals reserves the right to utilize photos and video footage of your event to add to its event portfolio and share it with future clients. The client agrees to the use by Marry Me Proposals of such photos and video footage. Furthermore, if your event is shared on other websites, media, television, etc. the client agrees to credit Marry Me Proposals and vendors for their appropriate fields.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WEBSITE USE AND PURCHASES:

The site is provided by Marry Me Proposals© (the “Seller”) on an “as is” and on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the use or the results of this website in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. We shall have no liability for any interruptions in the use of this Website and disclaim all warranties with regard to the information provided, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
